Respond to Reviews with AI
Premium Listing Management users can reply to customers’ online reviews in seconds using AI-generated suggestions in the Review Management tab.
It’s simple.
Semrush uses ChatGPT to automatically generate and pre-populate five suggested replies for your first five unanswered reviews. For the rest of your unanswered reviews, just click “Generate Draft.” If the draft meets expectations, click “Reply” to send.
Each paid user is allotted 25 generated suggestions daily. You can also generate templates or select a suggestion and reply instantly.
This new feature allows you to:
